I'm excited to share this beautiful Entryway/ table bench I recently painted. Unfortunately I didn't get a before picture but just imagine it in a natural wood finish. I picked it up on a supply run one day at a local Goodwill. When I saw it I fell in love... It had that church pew feel and to top it off the seat even lift for extra storage.
I struggle A LOT with finding things for my booth and then wanting to keep it for myself. I painted it using a Vintage White color from Lowe's and Webster's Chalk Paint powder... distressed it a little and finished it with a wipe on Polyurethane.
I don't know if you ever actually priced the pillow forms from craft stores but for an 18x18 their like $10. But I went to our Local Salvation Army and found some great condition ugly maroon color pillows for .50 cent each... found these Super cute Pillow coverings at Hobby Lobby for 50% off... and tada!!! Sheer Beauty.
If you have questions feel free to ask. Maybe you have something that you've wanted to try but didn't feel confident enough to tackle it...I hope this inspires you in some way.
Here is a few more pics...
Thanks for reading...
